You’ll find our Palmer location right off East Fireweed Road—just in front of The Ranch subdivision and close to Mat-Su Regional Hospital, Mat-Su College, and Tier 1 Veterinary Medical Center. We’re also next door neighbors to Central Mat-Su Fire Station 51. Renting a unit online takes about 90 seconds, so you can secure your space and move on with your day.

Reserve the Van
Lock in your move-in date. You’ll need to show a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance to rent the van. Loading ramp and hand truck are included in your reservation!
Move in Stress-Free
Our move-in van is free to use for 4 hours, with the first 25 miles gas included. Need to drive a little further? Additional mileage is $1 per mile over 25 miles.
Return the Van
Drop the truck off after unloading it. Return the vehicle with the same fuel level to avoid refueling charges. It’s that easy!

- Will snow impact my ability to reach my storage unit?
We’ll handle the snow! We perform snow removal at our storage facility, so you can reach your unit without any roadblocks in the way.
- I’m not sure how long I’ll need my storage unit. Can I still rent with you?
Of course. Our rentals are month-to-month, so we’re here as long as you need.
- What is the set-up fee?
We charge just $10 to set-up your account and provide you with your individual access code.
- Will I have to carry heavy boxes up stairs or over long distances?
Not here! Our storage units are on the ground floor, and our drive-up storage units let you pull your vehicle right up to your storage unit door to unload with ease!
- Do you offer military or senior discount?
Yes! We thank our Active Duty & Veteran service members by providing a free lock and waived $10 set up fee. If you rent online, mention it when we set-up your gate code and we’ll credit the $10 towards your 2nd month’s rent.
Seniors & First Responders also qualify for this discount!
